win happy feet girls!!!!

THIS COMPETITION IS CLOSED
So a couple of months ago I blogged about these amazing gel cushions from Kiwi’s Smiling Feet. They basically made my experience with heels a joy and now you can experience the joys of happy feet too!!
Drop me a mail on editor@teeteeiswithme.com with your name and address and you could win a pack with all 7 types of gel cushions.

I actually need to post about the experiment I ran with these real soon so you can see that they are actually the future of heels everyday... Seriously

stockholm street style

I haven't blogged in ages and its just been one of those I had nothing to write home about situations...
My camera's always in my bag and I'm still going to lovely cool places, but nothing. I think my brain's just tired and drained and that this weather's getting me down.
I did however, whilst exploring the wonderful world wide web, see this picture on StockholmStreetStyle and it totally resonated with me because I love this look - this look is me. Those pleated peg leg trousers, that simple white tee and bold mustard coloured coat. Inspired for winter again...

thithi loves avant apparel

Last week this time Avant Apparel launched their 2011 winter range at the Egality Pop Up Store in Parkhurst. Unfortunately I missed the launch because I was in Cape Town on business (how grown up I sound), and I haven’t had a chance to pop by the store to have a look at the design duo’s first in store range.
Described as boxy, linear, uncomplicated and clean with a colour palette of warm neutrals contrasted with stark black, this ‘ready to wear’ range seems to resonate with Avant’s aesthetic. I had the pleasure of using some of the pieces from Avant Apparel for my shoot with Poppy and the girls (Lauren and Bailey’s) aesthetic and taste is impeccable and wearable.

behind the scenes

Last week Friday I had the pleasure of styling a shoot with Poppy. I love working with Poppy because her body is banging and she’s also just really one of the loveliest people I know. I always forget that we were all at Tuks together... and its really very awesome to see how your friends become amazing people who really achieve amazing things. I actually can’t deal with how hard Poppy works.
Anyways, here are some behind the scenes shots from the day courtesy of my BlackBerry.
Thank you to MSC Boutique in Melville, Avant Apparel, Twenty Two and Religion for allowing me to have such gorgeous garments as my tools.
